Order & Shipping
Order Arrangements
Once your credit card payment is verified, we will process your order immediately and ship the goods within 3 to 5 days, except for holidays.
After the payment is completed, your e-mail box will receive a notification email of the successful order.
Delivery and fee
Free shipping is available for purchases of HK$300 or more, and HK$30 shipping will be charged for purchases of less than the specified amount of $300 (excluding stairs or remote areas).
Shipping charges are required at the time of ordering and payment. Our store does not provide freight collect service.
HK orders can be sent to the designated residence, industrial and commercial address, SF Express station, smart cabinet. If you choose to pick up at SF Express station/smart cabinet, you can fill in the SF station code in the address column/remark column, without filling in your real address. After the goods are delivered to the designated pickup location, SF Express will send an SMS to the recipient to notify the recipient of the pickup. Guests must pick up the express mail at the service outlet within 3 days after the notification of the pickup of the short message is sent, and the overdue express mail will be collected by SF Express. You must call SF Express Customer Service as soon as possible to reschedule the pickup, hotline +852 27300273.
Return & Refund
Return
If you find any problems with the goods, you can return the goods within seven days from the date of receipt.
In order to be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same state as the received item.
Your product must be in the original packaging and sealed.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After checking the item, we will notify you of the status immediately.
Any product can only be exchanged once, and we do not accept refund requests. The company reserves the right to refuse any unreasonable return request and reserves the right to make the final decision.
We are not responsible for the shipping charges paid for returned items.
